The Team

Randy Wahl

Randy started buying and selling houses in 1987.  CASH FOR HOUSES® was originated by Randy to give the home seller an option unheard of back in the 1980's; an all "cash" offer and sale instead of the typical mortgage route.

Randy has extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Evansville. He was a Real Estate Broker from 1986 to 2015 and built new houses in several residential subdivisions that he developed. He planned, developed and acquired financing on many residential subdivisions here in the north Texas area and has purchased, renovated and sold countless houses since 1987; a true expert in his field.

Challenges are not an obstacle for Randy. Today he is planning, designing and building a Winery & Wedding Venue in Indiana.
